VIP gift sets for the medical and healthcare sector (Cyprus)
Speaker and visiting-consultant VIP gift sets for Nicosia hospital staff and Filoxenia Conference Centre sessions. Linen pouch inside rigid gift box, MOQ 30 units, 18–21 day lead time, Limassol production.
Why this combination works
The Cyprus Medical Association autumn congress at the Filoxenia Conference Centre in Nicosia hosts 250–400 delegates each October — the speaker gift set has to read as professional, not promotional, and survive the trip home in a cabin bag. The linen pouch inside a rigid gift box with brass hinge reads as integrated, not stuck on, and survives 10+ years on the consultant's shelf. The kraft gift box with magnetic closure is the budget-tier upgrade; the linen pouch + brass hinge is the premium-tier upgrade. Five-tier sets exist for the visiting-international speaker edition at the Filoxenia Centre cardiology sessions.
Models and materials that fit
Premium VIP edition: linen pouch inside a rigid gift box with brass hinge (300 mm x 220 mm x 80 mm), satin ribbon in society Pantone, containing a Moleskine notebook, a metal fountain pen, a 350 g ceramic mug, and a 16 GB USB drive with the conference proceedings preloaded. Standard VIP edition: kraft gift box with magnetic closure, containing a Moleskine notebook, a metal pen, a 350 g ceramic mug, and a USB drive. The linen pouch reads professional in the conference lobby; the kraft box reads professional on the budget.
Prints and branding approaches
Hot-foil stamping of the society crest in copper or silver on the rigid box lid reads professional at first glance. Inside the linen pouch, full-colour print on the thank-you card carries the society's note. Laser engraving on the metal fountain pen reads discreet and integrates into the metallic finish. We never run metallic inks on the satin ribbon because the metal flake dulls the matte finish.
Bundling and packaging
VIP gift sets are individually presented in the linen pouch inside the rigid gift box, then packed 6 per master carton. Standard VIP editions are individually tissue-wrapped and packed 12 per master carton. Both editions are hand-delivered to the speaker's hotel suite by the Filoxenia Conference Centre logistics team. Bulk delivery to the conference floor on a wheeled rack is the default for the morning of the session.
Runs, lead times, and budgets
MOQ is 30 units for stock kraft box sizes, 50 for custom box dimensions or Pantone-dyed satin ribbon. Lead time 18–21 business days after artwork approval — premium linen pouch + brass hinge runs at the upper end because of the brass-hinge tooling. Pricing in EUR per unit, freight DAP Filoxenia Conference Centre or hospital loading dock included: €38–€58 for the standard kraft VIP set, €120–€180 for the premium linen pouch + brass-hinge VIP edition.
Cyprus context
Most medical VIP-gift-set orders out of Cyprus ship from our Nicosia warehouse, which serves the Filoxenia Conference Centre and the Aretaeio, Apollonion, and Hippokratio private hospital cluster. Limassol handles the Mediterranean Hospital and the Iasis private-clinic accounts. The Cyprus Medical Association autumn congress at the Filoxenia Conference Centre in Nicosia drives a wave of VIP-edition orders each October. Cardiology Society sessions and Cyprus Paediatric Society meetings pull smaller specialist editions throughout the year — typically 30–100 units per session.

Do you supply a kraft gift-box edition for budget-tier speaker gifts?
Yes — kraft gift box with magnetic closure, containing a Moleskine notebook, a metal pen, a 350 g ceramic mug, and a USB drive. Pricing runs €38–€58 per unit.
What is the lead time on a 100-unit Filoxenia congress roll-out?
18–21 business days after artwork approval for the standard kraft VIP set. Premium linen pouch + brass hinge runs 21–28 business days because of the brass-hinge tooling.
Can you pre-load the conference proceedings on the USB drive?
Yes — pre-loading of the conference proceedings, abstract book, and speaker biographies is included at no extra charge for runs above 30 units. Data-loading is performed at the Limassol warehouse before individual packaging.
Can the satin ribbon match the medical society Pantone?
Yes — Pantone-dyed satin ribbon runs at 50-unit MOQ for custom colour match. Stock colourways (white, navy, slate grey) ship at 30-unit MOQ with a 14-day lead time.
