Premium tier for senior partners or 25-year tenure: full-grain leather, brass hinges, a 50 ml glass bottle of Mont Blanc-style ink refill, and a brass-cap pen. Each set ships in a two-piece rigid box (45 × 30 × 8 cm) with foam inserts.

Prints and branding approaches

The desk pad carries a small debossed logo at the bottom-right corner (4 × 1 cm) — corporate brand on the bottom, recipient name and years-of-service on the bottom-left (3 × 1 cm hot-foil). Avoid large logos or full-surface prints: they age visibly and read as a corporate giveaway rather than a personal gift. The pen holder carries the logo on the inside bottom (so it’s hidden when in use). The card tray is unbranded — it ships empty and the recipient fills it with their own business cards.

Soft-touch PU leatherette from a reputable supplier holds for 5+ years on a desk; full-grain leather holds indefinitely and develops a patina. Avoid bonded leather — it peels at the corners within 18 months. The PU we use is OEKO-TEX certified and passes a 50,000-cycle rub test. For a 25-year milestone we recommend stepping up to full grain.

Can we engrave the recipient’s name and years-of-service?

Yes — hot-foil deboss at 3 × 1 cm on the bottom-left of the desk pad. Add €1.20 per unit if names come pre-formatted in a spreadsheet, €1.80 per unit if we transcribe. Most Limassol HR teams send the names as a CSV with name + years-of-service as two columns. We always send a digital proof of the engraving layout for sign-off before production.

What if the recipient’s desk is small or non-standard?

The 60 × 40 cm pad fits a standard 80 × 60 cm desk with a laptop and monitor. For smaller desks (60 × 50 cm) we run a 50 × 35 cm pad at no extra cost. For standing-desk users we can supply a smaller 40 × 30 cm pad that fits next to the keyboard tray. Add €0.40 per unit for the smaller size at 30+ unit runs.

Do you ship directly to the anniversary dinner venue?

Yes — we ship to Parklane Limassol, Four Seasons, Amara, and the Hilton for partner delivery the day before. The venue’s banqueting team accepts the boxes under the company name; you collect them at the venue on the day. Add €4.50 per unit for venue hand-delivery; free at runs of 60+.

Can the desk pad double as a mouse pad?

Yes — the PU leatherette surface works with optical and laser mice, but the click feel is different from a fabric pad. For mouse-pad users we offer a stitched-edge fabric pad in the same dimensions (€2.40 per unit uplift). Most recipients use a separate mouse pad and use the leather pad as a writing surface; we recommend keeping the two separate.

Is the set appropriate for a 5-year anniversary or is it too senior?

The desk set reads as a senior gift — it’s the right tier for 10+ years. For a 5-year milestone we recommend a smaller version (a leather portfolio + pen, no pad or tray) at €42–58 per unit, or a single engraved crystal paperweight at €22–34 per unit. The full desk set is a 10-year-plus signal.
