Why a structured onboarding

Our 4-step onboarding flow takes new B2B clients from first call to first delivered order in ~30 days: discovery, RFP/quote, pilot, master agreement. Our 4-step flow exists because ad-hoc supplier onboarding wastes 6-10 weeks and frequently produces a mismatched first order. By front-loading clarity in week 1 we cut total time-to-first-delivery by half and reduce defect rate on the inaugural order to under 0.5%.

The 4 steps at a glance

1. Discovery (Days 1-3) — 60-min call + requirements doc + cost-driver review
2. RFP and quote (Days 4-10) — landed-cost quote, tier pricing, audit packet, references
3. Pilot order (Days 11-21) — 50-200 units, full QC, sample sign-off
4. Master agreement (Days 22-30) — MSA signed, catalog set up, first PO released

• Signed Master Services Agreement with documented SLAs
• Branded catalog (punch-out or hosted) with contract pricing locked
• First full production PO in flight, with ASN and QC report on delivery
• Audit-doc packet (EcoVadis, Sedex, OEKO-TEX, REACH/RoHS as applicable)
• Quarterly Business Review cadence agreed (typically week 4 of each quarter)
• Direct Slack / email channel to your dedicated account team

What we ask of you

Realistic volume forecast, brand assets in vector format (.ai or .svg), Pantone references, payment terms that match standard market (Net 30/45 most common), and a single point of contact for the first 90 days. Multiple stakeholders welcome on calls; one decision-maker keeps cadence on track.
