Cities served across Türkiye

Eighteen Turkish cities, one supply network. From the Bosphorus to the Black Sea, from the Aegean to the upper Mesopotamia — production in Istanbul, Bursa, Izmir, Kayseri and Gaziantep, with regional finishing houses serving every metropolitan area.

Why city-by-city coverage matters for corporate merch

Türkiye's geography is unusually varied. A 500 km line of internal travel takes you from the cool, damp Black Sea coast to the dry continental steppe of central Anatolia; from there a 600 km turn south reaches the Mediterranean citrus belt. The merch pattern follows the geography: hazelnut-export programmes in Trabzon and Samsun look very different from automotive-tier apparel programmes in Sakarya and Bursa; steel-mill and port operations in İskenderun and Mersin look very different from heritage-tourism programmes in Antakya and Şanlıurfa. Every city has its own buyer profile, freight routing, and compliance context, and the same brief will produce a different fulfilment plan from one to the next.

For each city on this index we publish a dedicated page that maps the local buyer profile, the typical product mix that runs through the local order book, the freight and customs routing for inbound and outbound shipments, the surrounding sectoral clusters, and the institutional backdrop — TOBB, the relevant İhracatçı Birlikleri (exporters' union), university and metropolitan-municipality procurement context, and any local finishing-house cluster that affects strike-off turnaround. We work in TRY throughout; KDV 20% (or 10% textile, 1% food, 0% export) is added on the e-Fatura invoice; export documentation runs through the relevant regional exporters' union under the 1996 EU–Türkiye Customs Union framework.

Major production and finishing hubs

Most of Türkiye's print and embroidery capacity sits in five cities, and four of them appear on this index. Istanbul anchors the largest finishing cluster, with silkscreen, DTF, embroidery, sublimation, laser engraving, UV printing and foil stamping all available within a one-hour radius of Levent. Bursa hosts the densest apparel-finishing cluster, with cotton-poly mills and dye-houses covering the entire colour-Pantone range. Izmir anchors the Aegean export belt, with finishing houses serving the home-textile and apparel-export trade. Kayseri is the power loom of Anatolian apparel, with the country's largest concentration of cut-and-sew and embroidery capacity outside Istanbul. Gaziantep is the southeastern textile hub, with finishing houses serving the Şanlıurfa, Diyarbakır, Mardin, and Hatay trade.

Strike-off turnaround varies by region. Metropolitan buyers in Istanbul, Bursa, and Kayseri see first samples in 3–5 business days; buyers in Ankara, İzmir, Eskişehir, and Konya see 4–6 business days; buyers in Antalya, Adana, Mersin, Gaziantep, Denizli, and Sakarya see 4–6 business days; buyers in Trabzon, Samsun, Şanlıurfa, Diyarbakır, and Hatay see 5–7 business days. Full production runs of 200–5,000 units ship in 7–14 business days across all regions. Volume discounts kick in at 250+ units (5–10%), 500+ (10–18%), 1,000+ (18–28%), 2,500+ (up to 35%).

Frequently asked questions

Do you deliver to all 18 cities with the same lead time?

No — lead time varies by region. Istanbul, Bursa, Kayseri buyers see first samples in 3–5 business days; regional buyers in Ankara, İzmir, Eskişehir, Konya, Antalya, Adana, Mersin, Gaziantep, Denizli, Sakarya see 4–6 business days; outer-region buyers in Trabzon, Samsun, Şanlıurfa, Diyarbakır, Hatay see 5–7 business days. We share the regional schedule at first contact.

How do I pick the right city page for my brief?

Pick the city where the merchandise will be delivered, used, or gifted — not the city where it is sourced. For multi-city rollouts, start with the largest-volume site and brief the rest from the same PO; we handle regional fulfilment separately.

Do you handle export from any of these cities?

Yes — all 18 cities operate under the same e-Fatura framework (KDV 20% / 10% textile / 1% food / 0% export) and the 1996 EU–Türkiye Customs Union. The local İhracatçı Birlikleri issues EUR.1 / EUR-MED certificates; Mersin, Istanbul, and Kocaeli ports handle the bulk of container traffic; Trabzon, Samsun, Hatay ports handle regional Black Sea and Mediterranean freight.

What is the difference between an Istanbul order and a regional order?

For apparel, the same finishing house often produces the order; regional buyers in Bursa, Kayseri, Gaziantep can see slightly faster turnaround because production is local. For tech, glassware, and bamboo items, all orders source from Istanbul, and regional delivery adds 1–3 days of road or air freight.

Can you brief a multi-city rollout under one PO?

Yes — we run multi-city rollouts under a single master PO with per-city delivery schedules. Volume discounts apply to the cumulative order; per-city fulfilment is invoiced separately on each regional e-Fatura to support local accounting.

What currencies do you work in?

TRY throughout for domestic Turkish buyers. EUR and USD available on request for export-bound orders; FX is locked at the central bank rate on the e-Fatura issue date.

Do you handle embassy and government programs?

Yes — embassy, consulate, NATO, and public-sector programs run through Ankara for protocol, finance, and EKAP procurement; we work with the institutional procurement teams on the e-ihale and doğrudan temin routes.

Is Corp-Merch a work with any city or municipality?

No. Corp-Merch is an independent commercial supplier helping companies prepare their own merch. It does not represent any metropolitan municipality, chamber of commerce, exporters' union, or event organiser. Any reference to events, venues or institutions in this page is editorial context for buyer awareness only.
