Istanbul-based · Country-wide delivery in Turkey
For every conference, trade show, congress, dealer meeting, product launch, sales kick-off, sponsor booth, brand activation and VIP guest occasion your team attends or runs in Turkey — the full merch pack: t-shirts, polos, bags, badges, brochures, USB drives, lanyards, VIP guest kits — sourced under one roof, invoiced in TRY with KDV included and delivered directly onto the stand floor or hotel venue.
Turkey hosts one of the region’s densest corporate event calendars. In Istanbul alone, Lütfi Kırdar Rumeli Hall, the Haliç Congress Centre, the Istanbul Congress Centre and Zorlu PSM run nearly year-round; Congresium Ankara and the Sheraton Çankaya pick up the federal programmes; Ízmir leans on Kültürpark and Fuar Ízmir; Antalya runs Belek Expo Center, ICF Antalya and the resort-side congress halls at Regnum, Kempinski, Rixos Downtown, Kaya Palazzo, WOW Hotels and the Calista cluster. CNR Expo and the TÜYAP Beylikdüzü and Yeşilköy halls host a different sector every weekend; Anfas Antalya kicks into gear for Growtech Eurasia, EMITT and the travel-trade cycle. Trying to plan booth merch on top of that cadence is brutal — unless the supply side is already de-risked.
At merch.org.tr we run that supply side for Turkish-bound exhibitors. Our manufacturing partners sit in Istanbul, Bursa, Gaziantep and Ízmir; our Istanbul warehouse network can hand-deliver the same day to TÜYAP Beylikdüzü, TÜYAP Yeşilköy, CNR Expo, Lütfi Kırdar and the Haliç Congress Centre. For Ankara we cover Çankaya, Kızılay, Congresium and Sheraton; for Ízmir we cover Kültürpark and Fuar Ízmir; for Antalya we cover the Belek hotel cluster (Regnum, Kempinski, Rixos Downtown, Kaya Palazzo, WOW Hotels, ICF Antalya) through contracted Yurtiçi, Aras, MNG and Sürat freight lanes with 24–48 hour door-to-booth transit. For cross-border shows we ship with DHL and FedEx to the venue.
We know the local realities. Every congress and trade fair in Turkey runs on its own rhythm: the TÜYAP calendar (Ístanbul Book Fair, FOOD Istanbul, BeautyEurasia, WIN EURASIA) fills stand space months in advance; CNR’s portfolio (including Automechanika Istanbul) usually opens a 90-day preparation window; Anfas Antalya (Growtech Eurasia, EMITT, Travel Turkey) collides with the Mediterranean tourism season; the Istanbul Congress Centre and Lütfi Kırdar run business congresses year-round. The hottest months are September–November and March–May — we push our serial production capacity up by roughly 30% through those windows.
On the financial side we operate with KDV at 20%, e-Fatura and e-Arşiv flow. For Turkish companies we issue TRY-denominated quotes with KDV included and, for e-Fatura-registered buyers, invoice directly through the GİB integration. For international clients we offer non-TRY quoting and EUR/USD invoicing on request. Standard payment terms are 50% on order confirmation and 50% before dispatch; for vetted corporate buyers we can hold 30-day payment terms. Compliance frames — banking-sector promotional restrictions (BDDK), health-sector regulatory caps, civil-aviation ground-services print rules (SHGM) — are worked through before the order is locked, because the brands we serve (Garanti, Yapı Kredi, İş Bankası, Akbank, Ziraat on the banking side; THY ground services, Pegasus, SunExpress in aviation; Sabancı, Koç, Turkcell in the holding ecosystem) all carry distinct guardrails.
The list below is a reference frame for the merch programmes we set up for Turkish-bound exhibitors. Each event has its own dedicated page covering that conference or fair’s booth geometry, attendee profile, lead times, kitting and on-site delivery detail. Corp-Merch is not the official partner, sponsor or supplier of any of these events — we are an independent external merch vendor producing on behalf of the participating companies for their own programmes.

The standard production and logistics framework we run for corporate event merch programmes in Turkey is split into five blocks. Each block defines a different layer of the journey from order intake to post-show close-out. Which blocks need acceleration or expansion depends on the event’s size, audience profile and booth position; a typical Turkish B2B trade fair runs through all five blocks in 5–8 working days.
The standard lead time in Turkey is 5–8 working days. That covers artwork approval, sample confirmation, production, quality control, labelling and packing. Rush programmes come in at 3–4 working days through our accelerated capacity — in that mode we pull from catalogue products and push the serial line forward in the queue. Complex kitting (per-recipient labels, multi-piece assembly, VIP kits, addressed packs) needs a 2–3 week window; in Istanbul this can stretch further during the September–November and March–May peaks, when partner workshops run flat-out. For year-end cycles and the spring fair cluster we recommend booking at least six weeks ahead.
Kitting is the step where the order stops being a product list and becomes a per-recipient pack. Three kitting models dominate in Turkish B2B programmes. Lean kitting: everyone receives the same product (stand-team t-shirt — polo — bag — lanyard set), no labelling needed, 4–5 working days. Role-based kitting: senior executives, sales staff and stand attendants each get a different set (a CEO kit in leather notebook + premium pen + metal USB; a sales kit in soft-touch notebook + matte USB; a stand-attendant kit in basic tote + bottle). Addressed kitting: per-recipient name tags, personalised note cards, custom assembly. Addressed kitting takes 2–3 weeks and is the standard format for year-end gift sets and dealer-meeting kits.
On-site delivery is the moment the merch physically reaches the booth floor or the hotel/congress centre. For local events in Istanbul (TÜYAP, CNR Expo, Lütfi Kırdar, the Haliç Congress Centre, the Istanbul Congress Centre), express delivery is possible from our Istanbul depots. For Belek and the resort cluster we run Yurtiçi, Aras, MNG and Sürat on a 24–48 hour lane; for Ízmir (Kültürpark, Fuar Ízmir) and Ankara (Congresium, Çankaya) the same 24-hour transit applies. For cross-border events we ship with DHL, FedEx and UPS directly to the venue; door-to-booth transit to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London, Barcelona, Rome, Prague, Lisbon, Seville, Madrid, Belgrade, Tbilisi, Yerevan, Limassol and Batumi is 3–5 working days on average.
Two scenarios typically play out after the show: the stand ran a strong qualified-lead flow and the VIP delegation kits or qualified-lead boxes ran out of stock; or a post-show sample request landed from a sales manager following up on a hot conversation. Either way the post-event reorder window kicks in. The standard post-event reorder closes in 3–5 working days: same artwork, same brand consistency, same freight lane. For Turkish corporate clients we apply a 20% freight discount inside that window. The year-end closing report consolidates every event merch spend into a single e-Fatura set, with an XML output available for accounting-system integration.
Corporate merch programmes in Turkey sit under several regulatory layers. KDV: standard rate 20%; for e-Fatura-registered clients we invoice through the GİB integration. Logo use: sector restrictions — banking-sector promotional caps under BDDK for our financial-sector clients, regulated caps for the health sector, SHGM ground-services print rules for aviation-sector buyers — are reviewed before the order locks. Data protection: our lead-capture forms include the KVKK disclosure. Environmental: recycled-content or FSC-certified paper options are available on request. Show regulations: each congress centre has delivery rules (loading bay, lift capacity, time windows) that we confirm before dispatch.
T-shirts, polos, shirts, soft-shells, work vests and aprons for stand staff, presenters, sales reps and hosts/hostesses. Turkish B2B shows usually settle on a polo + t-shirt combo; logo, name and role labels are printed or embroidered. Standard size scale XS–3XL.
The merch you hand out in the foyer or booth: lanyards (polyester or bamboo), tote bags (cotton, canvas, non-woven), bottles (stainless steel or Tritan), USB drives (8–64 GB), notebooks (A5/A6 spiral or glued), pens. Serial production and packing for large volumes.
Mid-range and premium boxes handed to visitors tagged as qualified leads at the end of a B2B conversation: power banks (aluminium or soft-touch), USB-C charging cables, desktop organisers, leather or vegan-leather notebooks, premium pen sets, quality drinkware. Box and outer packaging are branded to your identity.
Premium kits handed to VIP guests, speakers and senior meeting participants: hard-cover notebooks, fine pens, quality drinkware or cup sets, branded boxes or bags, personal welcome note. Address-based assembly and labelling with a 2–3 week lead time.
5–8 working days is enough for a standard order; rush orders come down to 3–4 working days, but in that mode the product range is locked to catalogue SKUs and the serial-production line is moved forward in the queue. Complex kitting (address-based assembly, multi-piece VIP kits) needs a 2–3 week window. In peak season (September–November and March–May) we recommend planning at least six weeks ahead — partner workshops run flat-out in those months and last-minute capacity is thin.
The standard rate is KDV 20%. For e-Fatura-registered clients we invoice directly through the GİB integration; for e-Arşiv clients we issue an e-Arşiv invoice. For international clients we offer EUR or USD invoicing, in which case KDV is not applied and any VAT recovery is handled in the client’s home jurisdiction. Standard payment terms are 50% on order confirmation and 50% before dispatch; 30-day terms are available for vetted corporate buyers.
Yes. For local events in Istanbul we run express delivery from our Istanbul depots to TÜYAP, CNR Expo, Lütfi Kırdar, the Haliç Congress Centre and the Istanbul Congress Centre. For Antalya, Ízmir and Ankara the transit is 24–48 hours. For cross-border shows we ship directly to the venue with DHL, FedEx and UPS; but every congress centre and hotel has its own loading-bay, lift and time-window rules, and deliveries that breach them can be refused by the organiser. We confirm the organiser’s delivery rules before the order locks.
Yes. If the qualified-lead boxes or VIP delegation kits run out of stock during the show, the post-event reorder window kicks in. Standard post-event reorders close in 3–5 working days: same artwork, same brand consistency, same freight lane. For Turkish corporate clients we apply a 20% freight discount inside that window. Post-event programmes typically generate 1–3 additional orders per year; each carries its own quote and KDV-included TRY invoice.
