Where we hire

We hire across all 6 offices: Yerevan (HQ), Limassol, Tbilisi, Belgrade, Istanbul, Dubai. Most senior roles are office-based with travel; some functional roles (technology, finance, design) are hybrid or fully remote depending on time-zone alignment.

How we hire

  1. Application — short form, no cover letter required, CV optional
  2. Async screen (45 min) — 3-5 written questions about a real situation from the role
  3. Hiring-manager interview (60 min) — context, motivation, technical depth
  4. Work sample (paid, 4-8 hours) — task pulled from real backlog with clear scope
  5. Team panel (90 min) — 2-3 future colleagues, behavioral + collaboration
  6. Offer call — comp, onboarding, first 30 days plan

Comp philosophy

We pay top-quartile cash for each local market, with the same comp band globally for the same level. We disclose bands in job posts. We do not negotiate aggressively — strong offers up front, no anchor games.
