Scheduled
For iGaming, affiliate and gambling-industry teams attending G GATE Conf who need branded apparel, booth giveaways, lead-capture gifts and VIP kits delivered before the doors open.
Tbilisi has become a regular Eastern European meeting point for the iGaming and affiliate ecosystem, with regional operators and studios flying in from Istanbul, Tbilisi itself, Yerevan and other CIS hubs. Most teams ordering booth merch for a two-day event of this size expect to lock the item list, quantities and branding methods six to eight weeks ahead — late-June shipping windows close quickly when customs paperwork and overland freight are added to the calendar.
Branded T-shirts, polos and light layers in size splits for setup, host and tear-down shifts.
Lanyards, tote bags, notebooks, pens and reusable bottles sized for fast booth hand-out across both days.
Power banks, charging cables and desk accessories reserved for the qualified conversations that matter.
Premium notebooks, drinkware and compact gift boxes prepared by recipient tier.
Shipments into Tbilisi usually combine road freight from Turkey or air freight via Tbilisi International Airport, with a local courier for the last mile. Confirm artwork, quantities, packaging and the named receiving contact before production. Venue delivery rules, access windows and stand numbers must be checked against the current exhibitor manual; the venue should never be treated as an unrestricted parcel address. Currency and customs paperwork for cross-border road freight also need to be agreed in writing with the carrier.
Seven to nine weeks is the safe window for Tbilisi-bound shipments. Road freight from Turkey fills up in the second half of June, and air freight tightens around regional iGaming events.
Only when the organiser or venue has confirmed the delivery window, freight route and named consignee. Many teams prefer hotel delivery for setup-day overflow.
Yes. Staff apparel, general giveaways, qualified-lead gifts and VIP kits can be packed and labelled as separate allocations so the booth team can run each tier independently.
