Sublimation specifics: paper, dye, and flask press
Standard production: print artwork in reverse on sublimation paper using a Sawgrass SG500 with SubliJet-HD dye-based ink, wrap around the polymer-coated flask, secure with heat-resistant tape, heat-press at 200°C for 4 minutes in a flask press, medium pressure. The dye sublimates and bonds with the polymer coating. The print sits inside the coating — no film, no raised surface, dishwasher-safe. The finished print survives 500+ dishwasher cycles at 60°C.
