Branded planners for Knowledge Day (Cyprus)
Custom planners as Knowledge Day gifts in Cyprus — runs from 30 units, 10–14 business day Limassol turnaround with Cyprus-specific date layouts.
Why planners suit Cyprus Knowledge Day
Knowledge Day in Cyprus is widely observed across the knowledge-economy sector — typically the third Sunday of September or a similar date tied to the professional association calendar. A 100-person Nicosia consulting firm marking the day with a small gift and a team lunch wants something more permanent than a notebook — a hardbound A5 weekly planner with Cyprus-specific public holidays and Orthodox Easter dates is the right register at €14 per unit. The planner becomes the desk fixture for the next 12 months and carries the brand through every working day.
Models and materials that fit
The default Knowledge Day planner is the hardbound A5 weekly planner with 192 ivory pages, ribbon marker, elastic closure, and a Cyprus-specific date layout (including Orthodox Easter, Kataklysmos, October 1 Independence Day, October 28 OHI Day) at €14 per unit on 30-unit runs. The premium upgrade is the A4 casebound planner with monthly tabs and a built-in pocket at €24 per unit. For a budget brief we offer a softcover A5 planner at €9 per unit.
Prints and branding approaches
Blind emboss on the front cover is the standard for the hardbound planner — a 60×30 mm mark in the bottom-right corner, visible but understated, the right register for a Knowledge Day gift. The Cyprus-specific date layout is printed inside on a 2-page spread with the corporate wordmark at the top of the spread. We avoid full-cover marks on the planner cover because the planner is meant to live on the desk for a year.
Bundling and packaging
Each planner ships individually boxed in a kraft rigid box with a printed belly band carrying the corporate wordmark and the "Knowledge Day, [Year]" line. For office-based recipients we deliver to the HR reception 48 hours before Knowledge Day; for remote recipients we ship to home addresses across Cyprus via ACS Limassol on a 24–48 hour turnaround.
Runs, lead times, and budgets
Knowledge Day planner runs land between 30 and 200 units. Standard production is 10–14 business days; for a September Knowledge Day, order by mid-August. Ballpark — €9–€24 per planner depending on configuration.
Cyprus context
Knowledge Day is observed across multiple Cypriot sectors with different dates — the consulting and professional services sector typically marks it on the third Sunday of September, while the academic sector ties it to the university calendar. Most corporate gift budgets for Knowledge Day sit between €10 and €30 per recipient. The Limassol production line books out 3 weeks ahead of September — late orders may have to swap to stock colours. Cyprus's mixed Gregorian-Orthodox calendar makes the Cyprus-specific date layout particularly useful for executives planning across both calendars.
Frequently asked questions
When is Knowledge Day in Cyprus?
Knowledge Day in Cyprus is observed on different dates depending on the sector. The consulting and professional services sector typically marks it on the third Sunday of September; the academic sector ties it to the university calendar. We recommend the client picks a single date and sticks to it.
Can the planner include Cyprus-specific public holidays?
Yes — the Cyprus-specific date layout includes Orthodox Easter, Kataklysmos, October 1 Independence Day, October 28 OHI Day, and the standard Cypriot public holidays. The layout is printed inside the planner as a 2-page spread with the corporate wordmark at the top.
What's the right planner size for a Cyprus office?
For a Cyprus office the A5 hardbound planner is the right register — fits a standard laptop bag and the desk surface. The A4 casebound is the premium upgrade at €24 per unit for senior staff. The softcover A5 is the budget alternative at €9 per unit.
Can we ship planners to remote staff across Cyprus?
Yes — we ship individual planners across Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and the Famagusta coast via ACS Limassol on a 24–48 hour turnaround. For remote staff in Athens or London we ship via DHL at cost plus handling.
Can the planner carry a personal name?
Yes — a name blind-embossed on the front cover adds €2.40 per unit and 2 business days. For 100+ recipients we recommend a batch upload of names with our artwork team. Personalisation turns the planner into a deliberate recognition rather than a generic Knowledge Day gift.
What's the smallest Knowledge Day planner run you take on?
30 units per cycle. Below that we offer a stock planner with a custom belly band at €8 per unit on 15-unit runs. The pre-built route is faster (5 business days) and works well for very small teams (under 30 people).
