Which bag, which quick
Five bag categories earn repeat orders in our studio. The cotton tote (220 gsm, 38×42 cm) carries the bulk of trade-show swag at Tüyap and CNR Expo — 1,000+ unit runs at low unit cost, screen-printed in one or two colours. The non-woven shopper (80 gsm PP, 30×40 cm) is the retail-launch giveaway for İstanbul's shopping-district brands (Nişantaşı, Bağdat Caddesi) — printed in one or two Pantone colours, with a board base for structure. The eco-jute shopper (14 oz jute, with optional cotton lining) is the sustainability programme — common for bank CSR campaigns and university welcome kits at İTÜ and Boğaziçi. The cooler bag (PEVA lining, 600D polyester shell) is the picnic/gift-pack workhorse. The drawstring bag (210D polyester or cotton) is the gym-and-sports kit.
Fabric and capacity
For cotton totes we hold 220 gsm, 280 gsm and 380 gsm weights; the heavier weights take more print and wear better in daily use. Jute comes in 14 oz (standard) and 16 oz (premium); the 16 oz holds a heavy book or a laptop without distortion. Non-woven PP runs 80 gsm (standard) or 100 gsm (heavier, more structured). The cooler bag is 600D polyester outer, PEVA food-grade lining, zip closure, front pocket — 18 L capacity, fits a standard picnic set. The drawstring bag is 210D polyester (value) or 140 gsm cotton (premium), 33×40 cm, single drawcord top closure. All bag fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified on request.
Branding on a bag
Silkscreen (one to four colours) is the default for cotton and jute totes — Pantone-matched, plastisol-free OEKO-TEX inks, cure at 160°C. Heat-transfer (digital print, full-bleed) handles full-colour photography and complex gradients but doesn't wear as well; common for limited-edition retail giveaways where the photo is the point. Embroidery on the upper hem or front pocket is the premium move for tote bags; we run polyester thread, OEKO-TEX compliant, in any Pantone colour. For jute, silkscreen holds best — the rough surface rejects fine details. Woven labels on the side seam are the discreet move for retail launches.
Runs and budget
MOQ is 50 units for cotton tote, 100 units for jute shopper, 250 units for non-woven PP, 100 units for cooler bag, 100 units for drawstring. Lead time is 14–20 working days for cotton and jute, 18–25 working days for cooler bag (more components), 10–14 working days for non-woven (stock fabric). Pricing ranges from TRY 28/unit at 500 units (cotton tote, 220 gsm, one-colour print) to TRY 285/unit at 100 units (cooler bag, full-colour heat-transfer). Strike-off TRY 280, credited at 500+ units. All prices ex-KDV, e-Fatura with 20% line.

What is the smallest run you accept?
50 units for cotton tote, 100 for jute, 250 for non-woven PP (stock fabric), 100 for cooler bag, 100 for drawstring. Smaller series are possible at a higher unit price but the cut-and-sew setup at the supplier end has a hard floor.
Do you offer GRS-certified recycled cotton totes?
Yes — GRS-certified recycled cotton tote (220 gsm) on request, included with orders of 500+ units. The bag carries the GRS chain-of-custody certificate. Common for ESG-reporting clients.
Can you ship bags to multiple locations for a roadshow?
Yes — flat per-address surcharge applies for multi-drop shipments within Türkiye (TRY 35–85 per drop depending on city). EU multi-drop is available with EUR.1 documentation; lead time adds 2–4 working days for the documentation step.
How do you invoice and what about export?
Domestic: e-Fatura with KDV 20%. EU export: tax-free invoice with EUR.1 certificate of origin, DDP via İstanbul customs zone. Strike-off credited at 500+ units.
