Three blanket SKUs
Standard is a 200 gsm polar fleece blanket, 130×180 cm, anti-pilling finish, hemmed on all four sides, with a printed woven carry strap. The upgrade is a 280 gsm polar fleece with a 180 gsm sherpa lining on one side — heavier, warmer, premium hand-feel. The third is a woven blanket in 100% cotton or a cotton-wool blend (Bursa-produced, traditional Turkish weave), 140×200 cm, with a leather carry strap sewn to one corner. All three are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified on request.
Branding on a blanket
Embroidery on a corner hem is the default — 100×60 mm typical, polyester thread, OEKO-TEX compliant. We avoid silkscreen on blankets — the surface flexes too much under use. Woven label (60×30 mm) sewn to a corner is the discreet move for premium programmes; common on the woven-cotton tier. For the leather-strap tier we laser-engrave the brand on the leather strap itself — a small but visible mark that ties the strap to the rest of the programme. The packable blanket includes the brand mark on the carry strap, which doubles as the visible face when the blanket is rolled.
Runs and budget
MOQ is 50 units. Lead time is 18–25 working days at 50–500 units, 25–35 working days at 500+ units. Pricing ranges from TRY 195/unit at 100 units (polar fleece 200 gsm, embroidery) to TRY 1,250/unit at 50 units (woven cotton-wool blend, leather strap, kraft gift box). Strike-off TRY 380, credited at 300+ units. All prices ex-KDV, e-Fatura with 20% line.
