Why a bow tie
Three Türkiye-facing audiences make a bow tie the right uniform move. Bosphorus-front hotel chains (Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Çırağan Palace Kempinski) and the Levent–Maslak corporate lobby teams use a branded bow tie as the FOH signature — usually black or navy silk satin, pre-tied for service staff and self-tie for management. Restaurant floor teams at Karaköy and Beyoğlu fine-dining venues (Turk Fatih Tutak, Nefertiti, Sankai by Nagaya) use a silk satin bow tie in the brand's signature colour as the FOH mark. Gala events at CNR Expo, Tüyap, and corporate anniversary dinners run 100–500 unit programmes as guest giveaways.
Three formats
The first is a pre-tied silk satin bow tie (5 cm width, adjustable neckband, single-tied knot) — the FOH service standard, easy for staff to put on and remove, holds shape under daily wear. The second is a self-tie silk satin bow tie (5 cm width, untied bow, separate neckband) — the management or formal-event standard, requires more knot care but reads as more polished. The third is a cotton or cotton-linen bow tie (5–6 cm width) — the casual FOH or bistro standard, holds up to laundering better than silk. Branding a bow tie
Woven label on the neckband's reverse side (40×15 mm) is the discreet mark — the brand sits on the inside, the visible face carries the colour and the silk. Embroidery on the bow itself (25×15 mm) is the move for premium programmes; small, monogrammed initials or a hotel logo. For the management tier we add a small printed logo on the bow's tail (10×5 mm) — discreet, visible only at close range. We avoid silkscreen on silk satin — the surface rejects the ink and the result looks cheap.

MOQ is 50 units. Lead time is 18–25 working days at 50–200 units, 25–32 working days at 200+ units. Pricing ranges from TRY 285/unit at 100 units (silk satin, pre-tied, woven label) to TRY 685/unit at 50 units (silk satin, self-tie, embroidered monogram). Strike-off TRY 380, credited at 200+ units. 50 units. Below 50 we move to a pre-made silk satin bow tie with a sewn-on woven label, which is more cost-effective at small quantities.
Can each staff role carry a different mark?
Yes — separate embroidery files per role under one order. Add TRY 35/tie for the second role mark (FOH vs kitchen, etc.), TRY 55/tie for the third and beyond.
Can the bow tie be packaged in a gift box?
