Branded bucket hats for Türkiye outdoor and event programmes
Cotton and recycled-PET bucket hats for İstanbul outdoor events, festivals, brand activations. One-size, reversible. Embroidery, screen print. MOQ 100, KDV 20% e-Fatura.
Where a bucket hat lands
Türkiye's outdoor events and brand-activation market drove the bucket-hat surge. Zeytinli Rock, İstanbul Music Festival, Bozcaada Wine Festival and Cappadocia's hot-air-balloon programmes run 500–2,000 unit programmes of branded bucket hats for guest giveaways and VIP kits. Sustainability-led brands (Patagonia Türkiye resellers, Allbirds-style sustainable labels, Lush) order 100–500 unit runs of a recycled-PET bucket hat for retail launches. Beach-club and Bosphorus-front hotel guest kits at Bodrum, Çeşme and the Bosphorus-side run 200–1,000 unit programmes of a reversible bucket hat in the property's signature colour.
Three formats
The first is a 100% cotton twill bucket hat (220 gsm, 6 cm brim, one-size with adjustable toggle, brass eyelets) — the festival standard. The second is a recycled-PET twill (rPET 220 gsm, GRS-certified, 6 cm brim) — the sustainability standard for ESG-reporting clients. The third is a reversible bucket hat (cotton twill outside, contrast-colour poplin inside, sewn-in reversible seam) — the premium programme for hotel guest kits and Bosphorus-front activations. We hold stock colourways for 500+ unit runs and Pantone dye-lot match for 1,000+.
Branding a bucket hat
Silkscreen on the front panel (80×40 mm) is the default — Pantone-matched, plastisol-free inks, OEKO-TEX compliant. Embroidery on the front panel (60×30 mm, flat or 3D puff) is the premium move — 3D puff raises the embroidery 2–3 mm, reads strongly from a distance, common for premium festival kits. For the reversible hat, the brand mark sits on the cotton twill face (silkscreen or embroidery); the contrast-colour inside carries a small interior woven label. Sublimation works on the rPET version for full-colour photographic branding, +TRY 28/unit.
