Five cap styles carry the bulk of Türkiye's branded headwear market. The snapback (structured 6-panel, flat brim, plastic snap closure) is the sports-club and streetwear standard — Beşiktaş, Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe run 5,000–20,000 unit programmes per season. The dad cap (unstructured 6-panel, curved brim, brass buckle closure) is the casual uniform and lifestyle brand standard — Karaköy and Beyoğlu restaurant floor teams, Bosphorus-front hotel FOH. The trucker (foam front, mesh back, plastic snap) is the value promotional cap for trade shows at Tüyap and CNR Expo. The visor (open-top, brim only) is the golf and outdoor-event standard. The 5-panel (flat front, no centre seam) is the streetwear and sustainability-led programme.
Fabric and construction
Cotton twill (220 gsm standard, 280 gsm heavy) is the workhorse — holds embroidery and silkscreen cleanly. Cotton canvas (320 gsm) is the heavy-duty option for outdoor and sustainability programmes. Wool-blend (wool-acrylic, premium hand-feel) is the executive cap. Recycled-PET (GRS-certified) is the sustainability-led programme. Trucker caps pair a foam front with a mesh back (six stock colourways). All caps feature a pre-curved or flat brim, a fabric sweatband, and a choice of closure (plastic snap, brass buckle, leather strap with metal buckle, magnetic).
How the cap gets branded
3D puff embroidery on the front panel (80×40 mm) is the premium sports-club and streetwear move. Flat embroidery (60×30 mm) is the value option for 500+ unit runs. Silkscreen on the under-brim (200×30 mm) handles brand marks that need a long horizontal strip — common for sponsor programmes. Woven label on the back closure or side seam is the discreet mark for premium and lifestyle programmes. Sublimation on the under-brim handles full-colour branding, +TRY 22/unit. We avoid heat-transfer on caps — the brim surface rejects the transfer.
Runs, lead times and pricing
MOQ is 100 units. Lead time is 18–25 working days at 100–500 units, 25–35 working days at 500–5,000 units. Pricing ranges from TRY 95/unit at 500 units (trucker, silkscreen) to TRY 425/unit at 100 units (wool-blend dad cap, 3D puff embroidery, leather strap). Strike-off TRY 320, credited at 500+ units. All prices ex-KDV, e-Fatura with 20% line.
