Construction
Standard is a 600D polyester outer shell, PEVA food-grade inner lining (BPA-free, leakproof), zip closure, front pocket, 18 L capacity (fits a 12-bottle picnic set). Premium is a 900D ballistic nylon shell with PEVA-foil inner liner, 25 L capacity, padded handle, trolley sleeve. Sustainability programmes offer an rPET 900D outer (GRS-certified) with the same PEVA lining. All cooler bags hold ice for 8–12 hours depending on external temperature.
Branding a cooler bag
Silkscreen on the front pocket (180×80 mm) is the default for 200+ unit programmes — Pantone-matched, plastisol-free inks. Embroidery on the front panel (60×30 mm, 3D puff option) is the premium move for hotel VIP kits. Woven label on the side seam (40×15 mm) is the discreet mark for sustainability programmes. Heat-transfer (full-bleed photographic) on the front panel handles retail launches, +TRY 22/unit.
