Fabric and construction
Standard is a 320 gsm 80% cotton / 20% polyester blend (anti-pilling finish, brushed inside, OEKO-TEX Standard 100). Heavyweight is 380 gsm or 400 gsm (more substantial hand-feel, holds shape better, premium look). Premium is a 100% cotton fleece (heavier, more breathable, holds dye better). Construction: ribbed crew neck, ribbed cuffs and hem, twin-needle stitched seams, side-seamed body, dropped shoulder optional. We hold five stock colours (black, navy, charcoal, cream, heather grey) and Pantone dye-lot match for 500+ unit programmes.
Branding a crewneck sweatshirt
Embroidery on the left chest (80×50 mm) is the default — polyester thread, OEKO-TEX compliant. 3D puff embroidery (60×30 mm) is the premium move for sports-club and streetwear programmes. Silkscreen (one to four Pantone colours) is the value option for 500+ unit runs and large chest/back prints. Heat-transfer (full-colour) handles complex logos, +TRY 22/unit. We avoid sublimation on cotton-rich blends — the colour fades after 10 washes.
Runs, lead times and pricing
MOQ is 100 units. Lead time is 22–30 working days at 100–500 units, 30–40 working days at 500+ units. Pricing ranges from TRY 285/unit at 200 units (320 gsm, silkscreen) to TRY 685/unit at 100 units (380 gsm heavyweight, 3D puff embroidery). Strike-off TRY 380, credited at 500+ units. All prices ex-KDV, e-Fatura with 20% line.
