Where a desk mat lands
Türkiye's desk-mat market is concentrated in two audiences. İstanbul's Levent–Maslak tech campuses commission 200–1,000 unit programmes of a PU leather desk mat (80×40 cm, anti-slip base, stitched edge) for new-hire kits — the mat lives in the same spot for 2–3 years, carrying the brand mark in the user's peripheral vision. The second audience is corporate welcome kits at Sabancı, Koç, Garanti BBVA, İş Bankası — 100–500 unit programmes of a fabric mouse pad (smaller, cheaper, easier to ship in a welcome envelope) for customer-loyalty or new-customer kits.
Two formats we run
The first is a PU leather desk mat (80×40 cm or 90×45 cm), 2 mm thickness, anti-slip rubber base, stitched edge, Pantone-matched. Premium is full-grain leather (5 mm thick, hand-finished, ages with character) for executive programmes. The second is a fabric mouse pad (24×20 cm, 3 mm thickness, rubber base), Pantone-matched, edge-stitched. Both ship in the JE Lab-grade materials with consistent Pantone. Sustainability option: recycled-PET felt (GRS-certified) for ESG programmes.
Branding a desk mat
Embossing on PU leather (200×80 mm) is the move for the desk mat — the brand sits in the leather, no ink, no chip, reads cleanly. Laser engraving on full-grain leather (200×80 mm) is the premium option for executive programmes. UV print on PU leather handles full-colour photographic branding, +TRY 28/mat. Sublimation on fabric handles full-colour photographic on mouse pads. We avoid silkscreen on PU leather — the surface rejects ink.
Runs, lead times and pricing
MOQ is 100 units. Lead time is 22–28 working days at 100–500 units, 28–35 working days at 500+ units. Pricing ranges from TRY 145/unit at 200 units (PU leather, embossed) to TRY 685/unit at 100 units (full-grain leather, laser engraved, gift box). Strike-off TRY 320, credited at 500+ units. All prices ex-KDV, e-Fatura with 20% line.

Production sits in İstanbul's Zeytinburnu leather cluster for the leather line and in our partner facility in Tekirdağ for the fabric line. Levent–Maslak tech drives 200–1,000 unit programmes per quarter; corporate welcome kits at Sabancı, Koç, Garanti BBVA, İş Bankası run 100–500 units. EU export DDP from İstanbul customs zone with EUR.1 documentation.

PU leather (2 mm) is the new-hire and standard corporate standard. Full-grain leather (5 mm) for executive programmes and limited editions. Recycled-PET felt for ESG-reporting.
Can the desk mat be custom-sized?
Yes — 80×40 cm and 90×45 cm are standard. Custom sizes 70×35 cm (small), 100×50 cm (large), 120×60 cm (executive desk) all available, +TRY 22–65/unit depending on size.
What is the smallest run you accept?
100 units. Below 100 we move to a stock mouse pad with a printed patch, which is more cost-effective at small quantities.
Do you offer recycled-PET felt mats?
Yes — GRS-certified recycled-PET felt, included with orders of 500+ units. Common for ESG-reporting CSR programmes.
Can the mat be packaged in a kraft tube or gift box?
Yes — rolled in a printed kraft tube, +TRY 18/unit. Premium magnetic-closure gift box for executive mats, +TRY 95/unit. +2 working days.
How do you invoice and what about export?
Domestic: e-Fatura with KDV 20%. EU export: tax-free invoice with EUR.1, DDP via İstanbul customs zone. Strike-off credited at 500+ units.
