Construction and capacity
Standard is a 350 ml or 500 ml carbon steel core with a porcelain enamel coating, stainless steel rim, food-grade inside, hand-finished. The classic rim chip is part of the vintage aesthetic — we don't try to hide it. We hold five stock colourways (white, black, navy, cream, sage-green) and Pantone match on the inside of the rim and the outside body. The mug is dishwasher-safe, oven-safe (up to 220°C), and induction-stovetop-safe.
Branding an enamel mug
Silkscreen (one to four Pantone colours) is the default — Pantone-matched, plastisol-free inks, cure at 160°C for durability. Heat-transfer (full-bleed photographic) handles full-colour branding, common for festival programmes, +TRY 12/unit. Sublimation on the enamel surface handles photographic and gradient designs, +TRY 18/unit. We avoid laser engraving on enamel — the surface chips under the laser.
Runs, lead times and pricing
MOQ is 100 units. Lead time is 18–25 working days at 100–500 units, 25–32 working days at 500+ units. Pricing ranges from TRY 95/unit at 500 units (350 ml, silkscreen) to TRY 285/unit at 100 units (500 ml, sublimation, gift box). Strike-off TRY 280, credited at 500+ units. All prices ex-KDV, e-Fatura with 20% line.
