Fabric and construction
Standard is a 200 gsm polar fleece, anti-pilling finish, hemmed on all four sides, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 on request. Premium is a 280 gsm polar fleece with a 180 gsm sherpa lining on one side — heavier, warmer, premium hand-feel. Sustainability option: GRS-certified recycled polar fleece (rPET equivalent). All blankets can ship with a printed woven carry strap (rolled blanket + strap = quick-look sleeve) at no extra charge for 100+ unit programmes.
Branding a fleece blanket
Embroidery on a corner hem is the default (100×60 mm), polyester thread, OEKO-TEX-compliant. We avoid silkscreen on fleece — the fabric flexes too much. Woven label (60×30 mm) sewn to a corner is the discreet move for premium programmes. Heat-transfer (full-bleed photographic) handles full-colour branding for ski-resort kits, +TRY 22/unit. For the leather-strap programme we laser-engrave the brand on the strap itself.
Runs, lead times and pricing
MOQ is 50 units. Lead time is 18–25 working days at 50–500 units, 25–35 working days at 500+ units. Pricing ranges from TRY 195/unit at 100 units (200 gsm, embroidery) to TRY 985/unit at 50 units (280 gsm sherpa-lined, leather carry strap, kraft gift box).
