Three Türkiye-facing audiences make a keychain the right value gift. Trade-show swag at Tüyap Fuar Merkezi and CNR Expo runs 1,000–5,000 unit programmes of a die-cast zinc keychain with a Pantone-matched soft-enamel fill. Banks and finance at Garanti BBVA, İş Bankası commission 200–2,000 unit programmes of a leather keychain as a customer-loyalty gift. Three formats
Standard is a die-cast zinc keychain, 35 mm round or custom shape, soft-enamel fill in 1–4 Pantone colours, polished or antique brass plating, split-ring attachment. Premium is a die-struck brass keychain with hard-enamel fill, 40 mm, premium hand-feel. Leather is a full-grain PU leather strap (15×80 mm) with metal split-ring, hot-stamped or laser-engraved branding. We hold stock shapes (round, oval, shield, rectangle, custom) and Pantone dye-lot match for 1,000+ unit programmes.
Branding a keychain
Soft-enamel fill is the default for metal keychains — Pantone-matched, recess-filled, oven-cured. Hard-enamel fill (polished flat, premium) is the upgrade for executive programmes. Laser engraving on brass is the move for premium metal programmes — 0.3 mm depth, no ink, no chip. Hot-stamping on PU leather (40×15 mm) is the move on the leather line. UV print on acrylic handles full-colour photographic, +TRY 12/unit.
Runs, lead times and pricing
MOQ is 100 units. Lead time is 14–20 working days at 100–500 units, 20–28 working days at 500+ units. Pricing ranges from TRY 14/unit at 500 units (zinc, soft-enamel, polished brass) to TRY 95/unit at 100 units (brass, hard-enamel, leather strap, gift sleeve). Mould fee TRY 480, credited at 500+ units. All prices ex-KDV, e-Fatura with 20% line.

Soft enamel or hard enamel?
Soft enamel for trade-show giveaways and value programmes. Hard enamel for executive gifts and premium programmes (polished flat finish).
Zinc or brass?
Zinc for value and 1,000+ unit runs (softer relief, thicker plating). Brass for premium programmes (harder, denser, sharper detail).
What is the smallest run you accept?
100 units. Below 100 we move to a printed acrylic keychain or a stock keychain with a sewn-on woven label.
Can we run a custom shape?
Yes — custom die-cut shape, mould fee TRY 480 (credited at 500+ units). Custom shapes work best with simplified logos; complex shapes work but the enamel fill is harder.
Can the keychain be packaged in a gift sleeve?
Yes — kraft gift sleeve with printed belly band, +TRY 5/unit. Polybagged, +TRY 1.5/unit. +1 working day.
How do you invoice and what about export?
Domestic: e-Fatura with KDV 20%. EU export: tax-free invoice with EUR.1, DDP via İstanbul customs zone. Mould fee credited at 500+ units.
