Fabric and construction
Standard is a 100% polyester microfibre, 25×50 cm tubular construction (no sewing, seamless), 4-way stretch, breathable. Premium is a 4-way stretch microfibre with a brushed inside (warmer). Sustainability option: GRS-certified recycled-PET microfibre. The gaiter is multi-functional — wear as a neck warmer, headband, wristband, or beanie. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 on request.
Branding a neck gaiter
Sublimation is the default — full-bleed edge-to-edge photographic and gradient designs, the only practical move for tubular polyester. The print holds well through daily wear and weekly wash cycles. We hold five stock colourways and Pantone match on the sublimation artwork for 200+ unit programmes. Embroidery on the centre seam is available for premium programmes, +TRY 22/unit.
Runs, lead times and pricing
MOQ is 100 units. Lead time is 14–20 working days at 100–500 units, 20–28 working days at 500+ units. Pricing ranges from TRY 65/unit at 500 units (polyester, sublimation) to TRY 195/unit at 100 units (premium brushed, sublimation, gift packaging). Strike-off TRY 280, credited at 500+ units. All prices ex-KDV, e-Fatura with 20% line.

Production sits in our partner facility in Tekirdağ with cut-and-sew finishing at İstanbul's İkitelli OSB.
