Fabric and construction
Standard is a 100% cotton piqué, 200 gsm, anti-pilling finish, three-button placket, ribbed collar and cuffs, side vents. Premium is a 240 gsm cotton piqué (heavier, more substantial hand-feel). Sustainability option: GRS-certified recycled cotton-rich blend (rPET equivalent). All polos feature OEKO-TEX Standard 100 on request. We hold five stock colourways and Pantone dye-lot match for 500+ unit programmes.
Branding a piqué polo
Embroidery on the left chest (80×50 mm) is the default — polyester thread, OEKO-TEX-compliant. 3D puff embroidery (60×30 mm) is the premium move for sports-club and lifestyle programmes. Silkscreen (one to four Pantone colours) is the value option for 500+ unit runs and large chest/back prints. We avoid heat-transfer on piqué — the textured surface rejects fine detail.
Runs, lead times and pricing
MOQ is 100 units. Lead time is 22–30 working days at 100–500 units, 30–40 working days at 500+ units. Pricing ranges from TRY 285/unit at 200 units (200 gsm, silkscreen) to TRY 685/unit at 100 units (240 gsm, 3D puff embroidery, gift box). Strike-off TRY 380, credited at 500+ units. All prices ex-KDV, e-Fatura with 20% line.
