Fabric and fill
Standard is a 100% polyester shell with 200 gsm down-alternative fill (recycled polyester), water-resistant DWR coating, YKK zips. Premium is a 300 gsm down-alternative fill (warmer, more substantial), premium nylon shell. Sustainability option: GRS-certified recycled polyester shell and fill. All vests feature a chest pocket, side zip pockets, internal pocket for radio hops, and a drawcord hem.
Branding a puffer vest
Embroidery on the left chest (80×50 mm) is the default — polyester thread, OEKO-TEX-compliant. 3D puff embroidery (60×30 mm) is the premium move for sports-club programmes. Silkscreen (one to four Pantone colours) handles large chest/back prints. We avoid heat-transfer and sublimation on puffer vest shells.
Runs, lead times and pricing
MOQ is 100 units. Lead time is 25–35 working days at 100–500 units, 35–45 working days at 500+ units (down-alternative fill sourcing takes longer). Pricing ranges from TRY 580/unit at 200 units (200 gsm, embroidery) to TRY 1,650/unit at 100 units (300 gsm, 3D puff embroidery, gift box). Strike-off TRY 580, credited at 300+ units. All prices ex-KDV, e-Fatura with 20% line.
