Standard is a 96% polyester / 4% elastane outer with 300 gsm fleece lining, water-resistant (5,000 mm hydrostatic head), breathable (5,000 g/m²/24h MVP), YKK zips. Premium is a 320 gsm heavy-duty softshell, reinforced shoulders, premium YKK zips. Sustainability option: GRS-certified recycled polyester shell. All vests feature a chest pocket, side zip pockets, internal pocket for radio hops, drawcord hem.
Branding a softshell vest
Embroidery on the left chest (80×50 mm) is the default — polyester thread, OEKO-TEX-compliant. 3D puff embroidery (60×30 mm) is the premium move for sports-club programmes. Silkscreen (one to four Pantone colours) handles large chest/back prints. We avoid sublimation on softshell.
