Construction and capacity
Standard is an 18/8 stainless steel double-wall vacuum tumbler, 350 ml, 470 ml or 590 ml, holds hot 6h/cold 12h, BPA-free, dishwasher-safe. Premium is a copper-vacuum insulated tumbler (30% better thermal retention). All tumblers carry LFGB certification, FDA-approved. We hold eight stock colourways (powder-coat finish) and Pantone match on request for 1,000+ unit programmes.
Branding a tumbler
Laser engraving on stainless steel (60×30 mm) is the move — 0.3 mm depth, no ink, no chip, reads against the metal. UV print on the powder-coat surface handles full-colour photographic branding, +TRY 22/unit. Silkscreen (one or two Pantone colours) is the value option for 500+ unit runs.
Runs, lead times and pricing
MOQ is 100 units. Lead time is 22–28 working days at 100–500 units, 28–35 working days at 500+ units. Pricing ranges from TRY 195/unit at 200 units (470 ml stainless, silkscreen) to TRY 685/unit at 100 units (590 ml copper-vacuum, laser engraving, gift box). Strike-off TRY 320, credited at 500+ units. All prices ex-KDV, e-Fatura with 20% line.

Production sits in Shenzhen with final assembly at our partner facility in Tekirdağ for 200+ unit programmes. Levent–Maslak tech drives 200–500 unit programmes per quarter; Bosphorus-front hotels run 50–200 units; banks at Garanti BBVA, İş Bankası, Akbank run 100–500 units. EU export with LFGB and FDA documentation from İstanbul customs zone, EUR.1.
