Fabric and fill
Standard is a 600 gsm down-alternative fill parka, water-resistant nylon shell, fur-lined hood, internal pocket for radio hops, premium YKK zips. Premium is a 700 gsm real-down parka (warmest, premium hand-feel). Sustainability option: GRS-certified recycled polyester shell and fill. All parkas feature a storm flap, chin guard, adjustable cuffs and hem.
Branding a winter jacket
Embroidery on the left chest (80×50 mm) is the default — polyester thread, OEKO-TEX-compliant. 3D puff embroidery (60×30 mm) is the premium move for ski-resort staff programmes. Silkscreen (one to four Pantone colours) handles large chest/back prints. We avoid sublimation on jacket shells.
Runs, lead times and pricing
MOQ is 100 units. Lead time is 35–45 working days at 100–500 units, 45–55 working days at 500+ units (down-alternative fill sourcing takes longer). Pricing ranges from TRY 1,650/unit at 100 units (600 gsm parka, embroidery) to TRY 4,250/unit at 100 units (700 gsm real-down parka, 3D puff embroidery, gift box). Strike-off TRY 680, credited at 200+ units. All prices ex-KDV, e-Fatura with 20% line.
