Prints and branding approaches
Screen print on cotton at up to six colours keeps decoration under €0.90 per bag for volume runs above 200 units and produces a soft hand that improves with washing. DTG print on cotton is reserved for short runs and full-colour photographic imagery — a car silhouette on a press-kit shopper prints cleanly at 1200 dpi. Polyester 600D takes sublimation at full-coverage wraparound print, sharp at 1440 dpi. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 cotton and GRS-certified rPET both come with chain-of-custody paperwork for OEM compliance files.
Bundling and packaging
Showroom shoppers are flat-folded in stacks of 25 and packed in a single outer polybag — the customer unfolds the bag at the handover counter. Service-department polyester shoppers are bulk-folded 50 per master carton and restocked from a parts-shelf bin. OEM press-kit shoppers are individually polybagged with a printed rally crest sticker, sized to slip into the press kit bag.
