Embroidery is the standard — corner position, single-colour thread, 8mm height. The New Year tag is offset-printed on cotton stock with a single hot-foil stamp — gold for champagne tier, copper for premium. Can you include a bottle of Cypriot sparkling wine in the bundle?

The 200ml mini-Moët is the safest for the standard pack because it's a recognisable label and ships in a 4-bottle outer. Local Cypriot sparkling is 750ml and adds €9 per pack over the mini-champagne tier.

What's the latest order date for 31 December delivery?

18 December for the alcohol-inclusive pack; 22 December for the dry blanket-only pack. After 22 December we can still ship a small batch (under 50 units) with a 5-business-day rush and a €3 per unit surcharge.

Can the tag be personalised with each recipient's name?

Yes — variable-data tag printing adds €0.40 per tag above the standard fixed-tag setup, MOQ 30 (which you already meet). The tags are tied by hand, so variable names don't slow the line down. We need the recipient list by 15 December for the alcohol-inclusive pack.

What if some staff prefer non-alcoholic?

Standard swap to a 250ml Cypriot olive oil (Apollo or Olave) or a 200ml pomegranate juice from a Limassol producer. Same pack price. We mark the swap clearly on the dispatch sheet so the recipient list isn't blurred between alcohol and non-alcohol gift hampers.

Do you ship to Northern Cyprus (TRNC)?

Yes via the Agios Dometios crossing, but the lead time extends by 2 business days because the courier crosses the buffer zone. We can also route via Mersin for bulk TRNC deliveries. North Cyprus addresses need the recipient's TC ID number for customs clearance on alcohol-inclusive packs.

Can we ship a single gift to a UK address?

Yes — DHL Express, €45 flat to UK, 48-hour delivery. UK import duty is waived for gift consignments under £135 in value. Alcohol-inclusive packs to UK require a separate courier and €25 surcharge because of the excise paperwork.
